Delivery and Shipping Policy
Vista Ventures Global delivers to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, South Africa, and will expand to Asia (e.g., Japan, China, India, Singapore, South Korea). We ship worldwide from our suppliers in China via CJ Dropshipping. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in full, and any disputes arising from shipping are subject to our Dispute Resolution Policy.

We’ll coordinate with CJ Dropshipping and the carrier to resolve the issue, offering a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion, subject to evidence review (e.g., tracking data, carrier confirmation).

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance (e.g., India’s customs delays, which can add 5-10 days), incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, civil unrest, political instability, currency fluctuations).

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (e.g., no tracking updates for 10 business days after expected delivery), we will file a claim on your behalf with CJ Dropshipping’s support. Refunds, replacements, or store credits are at our discretion, subject to the carrier’s resolution, and may take up to 30 days to process.

We are not liable for stolen packages after delivery, as responsibility transfers to you upon carrier confirmation of delivery. We recommend selecting secure delivery options at checkout (e.g., signature required, if available) or arranging for a safe delivery location.
